Discharge Printing Paste
It is one kind of acrylic acid sodium salt compound, with very good discharge ability, suited for knitting and denim.
Properties and advantage
● With very strong discharge ability
● Washing-off is easy, less residues on fabric surface, fabric handle is soft.
● Formaldehyde and APEO free.
Basic characteristic
Appearance : Milky white liquid
Ionic State : Anionic
pH value : 5.0 ~ 6.0 (original liquid)
Disperse ability : Easily disperse in water.
Recipe for reference
For Knitting fabric:
1. Discharge printing for white:
discharge paste: 94%+ powder: 6%-- mixing and stirring-- printing-- embossing: 150℃x15 sec-- baking: 160℃x 1-2min
2. Discharge printing for color:
discharge paste: 92%+ powder: 6%+ pigment: 2-4%-- mixing and stirring-- printing-- embossing: 150℃x15 sec-- baking: 160℃x 1-2min
For Denim fabric:
1. Discharge printing for white:
discharge paste: 94%+ powder: 6%-- mixing and stirring-- printing-- embossing: 150℃x15 sec-- baking: 160℃x 1-2min
2. Discharge printing for color:
discharge paste: 92%+ powder: 6%+ pigment: 2-4%-- mixing and stirring-- printing-- embossing: 150℃x15 sec-- baking: 160℃x 1-2min
Packing 50 kg plastic drum.
