DASTAB PS

PS is one kind of eco-friendly stabilizer with excellent dispersing property, prevent superoxide decomposition rapidly during alkali peroxide bleaching bath and give fiber best protection. During bleaching process, its dispersion can remove the impurity from cotton.

APPLICATION

1. H2O2 CPB:

100% NaOH: 15-30 g/l, PS: 8-12 g/l

Lysing agent: 0.5-3 g/l, Scouring agent: 6-8 g/l

Sodium persulfate(for starch paste): 0-5 g/l

35% H2O2: 40-60 ml/l

16-24 hours

2. H2O2 pad- steam process(Max dosage)

100% NaOH: 10-20 g/l, PS: 8-12 g/l

Lysing agent: 0.5-3 g/l, Scouring agent: 4-8 g/l

35% H2O2: 30-50 ml/l

Steam time: 15-25min with 100℃ steam gas

3. Over-flow Jet dyeing bleaching process

100% NaOH: 1-3 g/l, PS: 0.5-2 g/l

Lysing agent: 0.5-2 g/l, Scouring agent: 0.5-2 g/l

35% H2O2: 3-8 ml/l

L.R.: 1:10, 98℃, 45-60min
