Rubbing fastness improver 2230
2230 is one kind of special high polymer of cationic chemical compound, suitable for after dyeing deep color fix of cellulose fiber and its blend, can improve fabric’s dry & wet fastness well.
Properties
●Can improve dry, wet fastness of pure cotton, polyester, T/R, T/C
●No impact to washing fastness, perspiration fastness and hand feel
Basic character
Appearance： brownish liquid
Ion state： weakly cationic
pH（1%）：4.0～5.0
Soluble： easy dissolve in warm water
Application
●Cotton fiber and its blended treated by Sulphur, reactive or direct dyes, fixing after dyeing
●Fixing after printing of T/R & T/C
Method 2230 20-30g/L，one dip one pad，dry by over 100℃
Remark
●When apply for Sulphur dyes, it is better soaping with surfactant first, if necessary, can use ammonia（0.1~0.2g/l），to avoid solution PH change to impact the fixing effect
●When 2230 use with other chemical, better to check the compatible first.
●After take the goods, should ensure the package cover closed
