Soda ASH Substitute 2210
2210 is non-organic compound chemical which suitable use to substitute soda ash in reactive dyes for pure cotton knitting fabric, it has strong alkali properties, can achieve very good dyeing effect with less dosage, can reduce the production cost.
Properties
●Less dosage, only 1/5~1/6th of soda ash can make the similar dyeing effect with soda ash
●Good fixing efficiency, can reduce loose color with better fastness
●After dyeing, treated fabric color shades brilliant, less change, no dull
●Not easy to create salt spots when dark color dyeing
●Easy to make solution and convenience to use

Solubility：easy to dissolve with water

Reactive dyes X%（owf）
anhydrous sodium sulfate 40~100 g/L
2210 2.0~2.5 g/L
Follow the normal dyeing process is ok
Remark
●When use 2210 replace soda ash, must check the recipe by sample testing to avoid the color shades change
●Before use, need to check water and different dyes requirement to PH, to finalize 2210 actual dosage then ensure the best dyeing effect
●As the quality gap from different market spandex, when make dyes for cotton/spandex, should make sample testing to ensure no impact to fabric
