Soft Binder j30

 

J30 is water based binder, It is a molecular polymer emulsion containing special crosslinking monomers emulsified by acrylic raw materials.(APEO & NPEO free, DNP, heavy metal, AZO can match EU’s eco standard)

 

 

Character:

Appearance：Slight yellowish white liquid

Ion state: anion

Solid content：30%±2

PH：6.5—7

 

 

Application:  J30 apply for pigment printing

 

 

Recipe

light color dosage：10%—15%

Dark color dosage：20%—25%

The fastness is much better after curing

Temperature：120—150℃，time：3—5 minutes

 

Packing     125kg/drum

 

Storage      Half year in cool place
