DASBLEACH-1320
1320 is compound by special chemical, suitable for one-bath pretreatment of pure cotton and its knitting blends fabric, with desizing, scouring, hydro-peroxide stabilizer properties.

● Use 1320 can reduce H2O2 processing temperature, can bleach cotton & its blend at 70’C degree.

Application Apply for continues or CPB of pure cotton and its blended
Method 1. Exhaustion: 1320--0.5-3.0g/L，oil remove agent--1：0.2-0.8g/L ，H2O2（27.5%）： 4-8g/L, NaOH: 1-2g/L，temp: 70-80℃, time: 30-40min.
Processing: add 1320 & oil remove agent at room temp--add NaOH—H2O2—processing then rise temp
2. CPB: 1320-3-5g/l, scouring agent: 2-8g/l, H2O2: 10-15g/l, NaOH: 30-50g/l, mix together 8-12h, processing: water—alkali—1320—scouring agent—H2O2
3. Continuous: 1320—3-5g/l, scouring agent: 1-5g/l, H2O2:4-15g/l, NaOH: 5-30g/l, temp: 65-70’C then add H2O2
