Dasclean LZ-001
LZ-001 is one kind of sulfites chemical compound, suitable used for reduction clearing washing after disperse dyeing of polyester and its blend, can remove loose color from fabric surface and clear the dyebath.
Properties
●Can remove loose color on surface fabric after dyeing, as well as the same effect of caustic soda & sodium hydrosulfite washing
●Can improve fastness and color yielding, not impact to color shades
● After reduction washing, the working liquid is acidity based, can use water to wash directly, no need neutralization.
●Reduction clearing washing without discharge after dyeing, save water and time

Dosage
Washing after dyeing without discharge
Light color: LZ-001 0.5-1.0 g/l
Medium color: LZ-001 2.0-3.0 g/l
Deep color: LZ-001 3.0-5.0 g/l
Working solution PH: 3-4
After dyeing, cool down temperature to 80- 85℃, add WJ-2625, washing 20 minutes.
Remark ●LZ-001 could not use with cationic auxiliaries chemical
