Character

Appearance: colorless or slightly yellowish liquid

Solid content： 90%

Ammonia content： 0.12

Viscosity：5000~20000

Properties

1．It is suitable used for padding or exhaustion of cotton, polyester, polyamide, viscose and their blends

2．Impart fabrics excellent soft, smooth and fluffy hand feel

3. Improve the hydrophilic

4．Good compatible, can use with resin and pigment in one bath.

5．Low impact to whiteness and fabric color shade

6. It can be redyeable without stripping, the effect similar to Dermat NT

Dosage:

Padding:1－3g/l 601, padding- dry- setting 120－180℃×3－0.5min

Exhaustion：0.1－0.3% 601 exhaustion 30min，30－40℃×20 min, hydrate- dry

Special recipe for cotton knitting fabric：

Padding：

1－3 g/l 601 0.3 ml/l

HAc（98%）

Pick up ratio 75 %

Dry 100℃- setting 150℃×0.5min

Packing 125kg plastic drum

Storage In cool place, shelf-life half year
