Properties

• Emulsion by 20% iso 13 alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(5EO) & acid, add water gradually, can get clear transparency solution .

• Impart fiber soft and smooth hand touch

• Impart fiber excellent hydrophilic

• Less impact to color shade, whiteness & color fastness

• Good absorbility and perspirability

• Good stability.

Dosage:

Padding:

3-20 g/l, solution(901 emulsion by 30%), dry- setting 150－180℃×3－0.5min

Exhaustion:

0.3-2.0% solution(901 emulsion by 30%), 40℃×20 min, dehydration, dry

Typical recipes(Nylon knitting fabric)

5-20 g/l 901 Or

0.3-2% 901, 0.4 g/l Hac(98%)

Packing 125kg plastic drum

Storage In cool place, shelf-life half year
