Silicon 603

（Polyester Staple Fiber）

603 is one kind of polymethyl nonionic silicon emulsion based on special hydroxyl, with soft, smooth and fluffy hand feel properties.

Character

Appearance: milky white liquid

Solid content：60%-65%

PH：7-8

Properties

1．Used for polyester filler fiber finishing process

2．Used for polyester viscose imitate wool finishing process

3.  Treated fabric after baking and crossing has good elastic function

4． Treated fabric has no ironing effect.

 

Dosage:

             603 easy dissolve at water, recommend to add water to 603, not the contrary way(add 603 to water), can not use hard water, CACO3 content at water must be lower than 250ppm

      Padding:

0.5ml/l    Acetic acid(60%)

10-20 g/l  603

      10-20 g/l nonionic softener

         Pick up ratio: 70%, dry temperature 120-150’C

         Exhaustion：

0.5ml/l    Acetic acid(60%)

1-4 %  603, dry 150－210℃× 3-10 min

Packing   125kg plastic drum

Storage    In cool place, shelf-life half year
