(Cold water soluble)
HD is weakly cationic softener based cold water soluble, suitable for softening treatment for cotton, ramie, silk and theirs blend in all kinds dyeing factory, can make the fabric, jean, wool and towel more soft and puffy.
Characteristic:
Appearance: white with glossy pearl form
PH:3-5(6-10% solution)
Ionic state: weakly cationic
Compound: fatty acid amid
Properties:
1. Low foam, special for the dyeing factory process.
2. More application, suit for used on all kinds of cotton, ramie, silk, wool and theirs blend softening treatment, increase the good handle.
3. Easy dissolve, can dilute with cold water directly, fast soluble
4. Less yellowish for bleach fabric and color fabric
Dissolve method:
To put 1kg HD into 3kgs water, wait for 20-30 minutes and start to stir when the solution swelling fully, to make it become even paste and then add 7kgs water slowly with stirring
Application method：
Exhaustion:: L.R.: 1:10, temperature: 30°C,
20-30min(0.3-0.8% o.w.f.) Padding: 20-40g/l,
temperature：30-40°C, 2 pad 2 dip or 1 pad 1 dip
Storage and shelf life:12 months, Store at room temp. in cool and ventilated place
