Non-Flu Water Repellent 2118

2118 is a fluoro-free emulsion composed of high-molecular polymer, used for water repellent finishing process of all kinds of fabrics, it imparts excellent water-repellent effect to treated fabric, after repeat home laundry or dry cleaning the water repellency property remaining good..

Appearance: yellowish liquid

Iconicity ： cationic

PH： 5.0-7.0 (original solution)

Properties

1．Imparting excellent water-repellent effect to the treated fabric

2．Soft hand feel

3. Negligible influence on shade , whiteness and color fastness of the treated fabric.

4. Water repellent performance remaining good after washing.

Dosage:

1. For polyester/nylon:

2118: 20-80g/l

Cross linking agent: 3-12g/l

Padding—dry—setting 170-180’C

2. For cotton and its blend

2118: 40-120g/l

Cross linking agent: 10-30g/l

Padding—dry—setting 160-170’C

Packing 125kg plastic drum

Storage In cool place, shelf-life half year
