Water Repellent 3118

3118 is water proof based C6, can impart fabric excellent durable washing & water repellent effect, not containing PFOA, PFOS, good stability working solution, suitable for cotton, polyester and nylon fabric.

Appearance: slightly yellowish liquid

Iconicity ： Weakly cationic

PH： 2.0-4.0 (original solution)

Properties

1．Impart fabric durable washing & water repellent effect

2．Not containing fluorine resin, not containing PFOA, PFOS, formaldehyde

3. Good stability

Dosage:

Facility: Padder

3118: 10-50g/l

Cross linking agent: 0-10%

1 dip 1 pad—dry—150-180’Cx 30-50 sec

Remark:

1. For the purpose to get better effect, should remove dyes and surfactant which stick on the fabric surface

2. Need to make compatible test with other resin or softener before in one bath use

Packing 125kg plastic drum

Storage In cool place, shelf-life half year
